Conference Registration Fees
To be eligible for the student fee rate, a valid student identification card is required at registration.
To be eligible for the academic fee rate, a valid university identification is required at registration.
Government & Military Attendees
To be eligible for the government/military fee rate, a valid government or military identification is required at registration.
Industry & Government Contractor Attendees
Valid photo identification required at registration.
Conference registration fee includes access to:
- Keynote speaker sessions
- Parallel sessions with more than 100 speakers
- Numerous special panel sessions
- Doing Business with DTRA Session
- Evening poster sessions with more than 600 posters
Food and beverages are not included in the conference registration fee. Concessions (beverages and food options) will be available at the convention center for individual attendee purchase.
Conference fee payments can be made via credit card using the online conference registration form. Visa, Master Card, Discover Card and American Express are accepted. Payments will be processed immediately by “NAVAR, Inc.” All fees paid via credit card will be processed at the time of registration. A confirmation receipt will be sent to the email address submitted on the conference attendee’s registration form.
Checks should be made payable to “NAVAR, Inc.” Conference fee payments must be postmarked by November 15, 2017 and mailed to:

Late Registration Fees
Conference registrations accepted after November 9, 2017 will be charged a late registration fee of $75 ($25 for students), in addition to the fee listed above. Conference registrations received after November 9, 2017, including on-site conference registration, will be subject to space availability at the conference.
In order to cancel your attendance, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org prior to November 9, 2017. Conference registration fees will not be refunded after November 9, 2017.
On-site registration will be based on space availability at the conference.
- Civilian attire: business casual
- Military attire: duty uniform
Conference badges will be required to enter the facility and considered required attire.
