Conference Registration Fees
All fees will be processed at the time of registration. A confirmation receipt will be sent to the email address submitted on the registration form.

To be eligible for the student fee, a valid student identification card is required at registration.

Industry & Government Contractor Attendees
The conference fee includes: Beverages, conference material, meeting room rental, and audio visual requirements.
Civilian attire for the conference is business casual and military attire is duty uniform. Conference badges will be required to enter the facility and therefore considered attire.
Late Registration Fees
Any registration accepted after May 1st will be charged a late registration fee of $75, $25 for students in addition to the fee listed above. Any registration received after May 1st including onsite registration will be subject to space availability at the conference.
Payment can be made via credit card using the online registration form. Visa, Master Card, Discover Card and AMEX are accepted. Please note payments will be processed immediately by “NAVAR, ANC.” and a receipt will be sent via email.
Checks should be made payable to “NAVAR, ANC.” Payment must be postmarked by April 10, 2015 and mailed to:

In order to cancel your attendance, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org prior to May 1, 2015. Conference registration fees will not be refunded after May 1, 2015.
Onsite registration will be based on space availability at the conference.
